Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu
Meeting at airport on arrival by our personal and transfer to the hotel. Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal,
lies in a broad valley at the edge of the Himalayan Range. Its art and architecture are an interesting
blend of Hindu and Buddhist influences.

Day 02: In Kathmandu
Morning proceed to visit Pashupatinath Temple. Pashupatinath is considered one of the holiest shrines
of all the Hindu temples. Located on the banks of the Bagmati river, this two tiered magnificent golden
temple with four triple silver doorways is unique example of the Nepalese temple architecture. It is one
of the largest Hindu temple complex in South Asia with hundreds of Shiva lingams, shrines icons of
various Hindu god and goddess inside. We then continue to the holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in
Nepal, Bouddhanath. One of the oldest and the biggest Buddhist monuments ever built in Nepal,
Boudhanath is an imposing structure standing some 36 meters. The Stupa stand on the massive three
level mandala style platforms surrounded by colorful private family houses.
Afternoon proceed for sightseeing to Kathmandu Durbar Square & Swayambhunath. Kathmandu Durbar
Square area lies in the heart of the city. The locals know this area by its old name Hanuman Dhoka
Palace Square – an ancient seat of the Nepalese Royalty. Hanuman Dhoka Palace complex consists of a
huge Royal square emposing a tremendous variety of temples dedicated to different Hindu gods and
goddess. Most of the buildings we see here date from 15 th to 18 th Century. Then it is off to
Swayambhunath. Located in a lovely little hillock Swayambhunath Stupa is one of the most fascinating
architectural jewels of the world. This great Stupa is said to have been built around 250 B. C. It stands
commanding a magnificent view of Kathmandu Valley and the Breath taking panorama of the north
eastern Himalayan range.

Day 03: In Kathmandu
Morning proceed for sightseeing to Patan. This city founded in 3 rd century A.D. by King Veera Dev has a
distinction of being the home of the finest Newar Crafts since time immemorial. Meaning the city of fine
arts has hundreds of fascinating Hindu and Buddhist monuments scattered in and around.
Afternoon free for shopping or personal activities.
Overnight: Hotel
Day 04: Depart Kathmandu
Transfer to International airport for onward flight back home.
